Climate Change Projects Office

The 'Climate Change Projects Office' (CCPO) is jointly funded by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). We are a Government advisory office set up to assist UK businesses who wish to pursue opportunities arising from the Kyoto Protocol. We provide advice and support for projects which reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and which could be eligible for tradeable emission reduction credits.

We give information to companies who are new to climate change projects and we also provide help with specific project enquiries.
